Lovejoy Associates provides English to Spanish translation services for the following:
- enrollment books
- 404c memos
- blackout notices
- mapping schedules
- enrollment and beneficiary forms
- power point presentations
Our Translation Department:
Comprised of experienced, native-speaking translators selected on the basis on their command of both Spanish and English languages and their understanding of retirement plan terminology.
Our Process:
- the translation of the material
- proof-reading by a second translator
- final review of the material by a team of both translator and English-speaking retirement plan professional.
No project is too small or too large. We accommodate all formats and lengths from a one page memo to an entire enrollment kit. We charge a per-page fee and are quite accustomed to meeting quick turn-around deadlines.
We design and create retirement plan materials addressing concerns unique to the Spanish speaking population and utilizing language, and colors specific to this culture.
