Lovejoy Associates provides English to Spanish translation
services for a wide variety of written retirement
plan documents including enrollment kits and employee
communications (404c memos, blackout notices, mapping
schedules, enrollment and beneficiary forms). We
also translate power point presentations.
Our Translation Department:
It is comprised of a staff of experienced,
native-speaking translators selected on the basis
on their command of both Spanish and English languages
and their understanding of retirement plan terminology.
Our Process:
1) the translation of the material
2) proof-reading by a second translator
3) final review of the material by a team of both the
translator and an English-speaking retirement plan
professional.
No project is too small or too large. We accommodate
all formats and lengths from a one-page memo to
an entire enrollment kit. We charge a per-page fee
and are quite accustomed to meeting quick turn-around
requirements/deadlines.
Our clients are plan providers, third party administrators,
recordkeepers, plan sponsors, and financial advisors.
Creation of Materials in Spanish
An exact translation from English is sometimes not
the most effective way to communicate the concept
of saving for retirement and the features of a retirement
plan. For this reason, we design and create retirement
plan materials (from a one-page question and answer
handout to a 15 slide power point presentation) addressing
concerns unique to the Spanish speaking population
and utilizing motifs, language, and colors specific
to their culture. |
